WPN: 'Each Commander Legends Draft Booster contains 20 Magic cards + one ad/token, with two legends, at least one rare, and one foil.' The 13/3/1/2/1 split is from Lethe's collation, not WotC prose. Foil-etched rate in draft boosters: not published (null). No basic land slot.
